Peter McInerney specialises in commercial legal work for film, television,
radio, theatre and sports clients including producers, financiers,
distributors and broadcasters. He has particular expertise in
international co-production for film and television, rights management,
format protection and the exploitation and licensing of sports rights.
Peter joined the The Simkins Partnership in May 2003, following 13 years as a partner at a City firm. He was previously Controller of Business Affairs at Thames Television and Rights Manager at the National Theatre of Great Britain. In 2004, Peter was appointed Chairman of Watford Palace Theatre.
