Peter Bowman

Peter Bowman’s career began in ad sales at IPC Magazines. He then
moved to agency media planning before becoming Media Research
Manager at Davidson Pearce. Peter was Media Research Director of
WCRS and then Media Planning Group for 15 years. Three years ago
he joined UKTV, where he is currently occupied with commercial
strategy for UKTV’s lifestyle channels. Peter is a past Chairman of the
MRG, and has served on BARB and NRS committees. He won the
first Granada TV Media Planning Award and the first IPA Media Gold
medal in 1992. He is a Fellow of the IPA.
