Jon Stokes

Jon Stokes is an organisational psychologist, consulting to a wide
range of commercial and public sector organisations. Jon trained and
then worked as a clinical psychologist at the Tavistock Clinic in
London for over 20 years, where he was Chairman. His interest in the
ways that organisations inhabit individuals as well as vice versa led
him to found Tavistock's Organisational Consultancy Service in 1993
of which he was Director until 1999. Together with Richard Jolly of
London Business School he now has his own consulting firm. His
many academic and professional credentials include Visiting
Professor at Strathclyde University Business School, and past
President of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic
Understanding of Organisations.
