Robin Foster is an economist, specialising in economic, policy and strategy work in the communications sector. Until August 2005 he was Partner, Strategy and Market Developments and member of the Executive Committee at the UK communications regulator, Ofcom. He is now an independent adviser, and his current roles include acting as chief adviser to the board of consultants, Human Capital, and special adviser to Ofcom.
