Malcolm Taylor

Malcolm Taylor is Executive member of the UK's Broadband Stakeholder Group (BSG) and Chairman of its Regulatory Framework Working Group since 2001. He has been retained as Public Policy Adviser to Telewest Communications since 2000 and was previously Director, Regulatory and Public Policy for Telewest from 1995. Other current roles include Director of Certification for EuroCableLabs, a Belgian based company that tests and certifies new cable modem and set top box products for the European broadband market and Regulatory Affairs Adviser to Newtel, a network operator in the Channel Islands.
